1) Qualifications for freelancing interpreter and translator :

 a) In case of Koreans, interpreters/translators who are at least level 2, holders of a language-related bachelor's degree, or hold an

    overseas college degree who have stayed in a foreign country for more than three years.

 b) In case of Foreigner, person who can read, write and speak Korean and who have a bachelor's degree or higher in korean four-year university,  

   or who hold a  abroad bachelor's diploma.

   However, even if you do not speak Korean, you can apply if you are fluent in English and reading, writing and speaking in three foreign   

   languages.

 c) In the case of a foreigner, the holder of the resident registration card.
